ANSWERS TO LETTERS
I will try to answer the questions you send me, by name, under Q & A. If I am swamped with work, this may take a while.
My latest books are The Sea of Trolls and its sequel, The Land of the Silver Apples. The final book in the Trolls series, The Islands of the Blessed, will be published in Fall 2009. The three books tell the story of Jack, a Saxon boy, and Thorgil, a Viking shield maiden, who travel on a series of adventures through the Norse, Celtic, and Christian worlds (and underworlds).
I'm also writing an adult science fiction novel, Young Fool, that will be finished early next year. My version of the tale of Bluebeard ("Castle Othello") will soon be coming out in Troll's Eye View, edited by Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling, and another story,"Ticket to Ride," in Firebirds Soaring: An Anthology of Original Speculative Fiction, edited by Sharyn November.
